With seven Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing bases across South China, East China, and Southwest China, WAYES enhances production efficiency through smart, information-based, and automated processes.
The smart manufacturing base features a control center with a "private cloud" composed of over 200 service units. Supported by algorithms, it enables mixed production scheduling for multiple products and batches.
Each piece of furniture is disassembled into panels, which are tagged with "digital labels" containing all processing instructions. On the RGV transport line, intelligent robotic arms automatically perform CNC cutting, laser edge banding, drilling, storage, and logistics processes, upgrading from "human-directed machine operations" to "machine-directed machine operations." Equipped with intelligent warehouses, thousands of batches of goods can be automatically identified, sorted, and managed without the need for manual intervention.
This flexible production model ensures a three-day factory delivery at any time, with daily production capacity increased tenfold compared to traditional methods. Material utilization has improved from 85% to 93%, and error rates have decreased from 30% to less than 3%, achieving a deep integration of industrialization and informatization.
CNAS Laboratory
WAYES's product testing center has been certified by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), obtaining international mutual recognition qualifications. This means that the laboratory's standards and test reports are not only authoritative domestically but also have the status of an "international passport" in over 60 countries and regions worldwide.
The testing center conducts thorough and comprehensive analysis and testing on each new furniture product, covering more than 50 testing items (formaldehyde, heavy metals, pH value, odor, and other environmental and physical performance indicators).
